JOHN-DYNOSTAR
looking at the 3 bikes together the Gen 1 looks the best apart from the colour . and I think looking at the arms . the rider may be smaller which is why the aeros look a lot better . I would say Chunderbird 3 has a lot of heat to lose from that engine looking at the size of the heat gills on the side

Not crazy about the ZX style side louvres but otherwise love it. Guessing they're a necessary evil to move hot air away from the rider, although from my brief ZX-14 ownership, they didn't work on that bike. It was like riding on the surface of the sun compared to the cool Bus.Lots of nice details exposed in these pics. Very happy to see the old 1980's Lego block fluid reservoirs finally gone, and the gloss painted surfaces of the inner cockpit fairings look classy (although they may not be great riding in direct sunlight... ). So glad Suzuki has started incorporating running lights on the front of their bikes! Only a decade or two late but.... Digging the chrome-look deco spear on the fairing, makes for a nice highlight, and it may even be functional as a sacrificial part in a tip-over? Also the modernized Kanji looks the part. Bold and new! And split tail lights? You saw them on the 2020 Katana first. I wonder if that's going to be a "Suzuki thing" as the existing models get revamped in the future?Looks like the new-for-1999 frame still though, not that there's anything wrong with that. Nothing indeed, the frame is rigid and engine easy to maintain, why change one of the best part of the bike,

roddy
Apart from the fridge handles, the fins, the wheels, the exhausts and the riding position, it doesn't look too bad but I'll reserve judgement til I see one in the flesh Anyway, never mind the mantlepiece, does it have a fire?
