I had the 1600cc bike and still it was not as good as stock gen1 from tickover to ,lets say, 2000rpm. But it had almost 100hp more at top compared to stock gen1. It was. The strategy is to make a hard launch and build big gap before the twisties begin, gen3 will catch up but it cant pass when i am squirming all over the road, on purpose.
