Be it politics or COVID or jabs or climate change
or hays Busa’s and Kawasaki’s

ok so
I had covid in 2019 before it was popular. caught it in Italy, came home from the bike show very ill,
not in roddy's league of ill but similar symptoms. In bed for 3- 4 days nackered and a myriad of other stuff.
.....last week
was ill,,,, same symptoms as the 1st time .
now there is a test. there was not then in 2019, I have had my two jabs
got tested , positive ,
I was just as ill the second time as the 1st
got my notification for a booster jab two days before I actually tested positive,
I won't be having the booster as the jabs in my view have been a compete waste of time.
Esther was ill and tested positive the 10 days before and had minor symptoms ( I say minor because
I didn't have them ) while she was in isolation after her two jabs.
bring your lead pipe round here.
lead won't cure anything , I have heard in bullet form it stops things
the only positive to come out of this is , water tastes the same as beer or tea or custard,
saving money and losing weight , yes the texture is different,

3 of them 5 of them Oh and a tesla if you can get one there's a monkey init for ya

Those pics are just what @Dillon tyre looked
like when it blew out on the dyno at my shop. It wrecked the back of the bike and nearly did me in as well.
-
told you they were junk
supposedly sold out .
even the demonstrator is not in demand
2 grand off !!!

Brock Davidson does not do the ecu . Guhl unlocks the ecu for him.
so he has No real idea.
what is it with the Americans and you. ?? bullshit city.
#
and the swedish dyno. what do you expect. if you go into your garden and turn your Lawnmower upside down and run the bike on the Grass roller the result will be similar
pie in the sky finger in the wind think of a number
Have you compared Mikas result with Sean's at BigCC because Sean's dyno reads the same as mine
as Dodge has just informed me today . every time he has been to sean's and run on his dyno then run on my dyno the results have been the same within a hp or 2.

suzook say GEN3 got the best aeros
mark get real
aero's
look at the average size of a rider these days. aero's only matter/work if you have a little bloke on them . proved by the high squeeky voice footrests
on a busa. The amount of people who cannot believe how comfortable a zzr is after been scrunched into a race tuck on a busa.
please note; this does not apply to short blokes who actually fit a busa
am I racist or shortist , I'm not sure, but its a fact
of course some people are eating plants so the bend like a willow , well done

what does reaction time 0.2 and -0.5 mean
if as i keep saying the primary gear Ratio (clutch to crank) is different then the whole thing is bollocks
because the gearing is different , so is the torque , and on certain Dyno's so is the power when compared.
if the gearing is different then one bike will accelerate faster and go faster in a shorter distance.
(check out the DD3 clutch housing. )

Improves the top end. Too big a hole and you lose the advantage of long stacks. If the hole is too big the stacks basically become short stacks. Dependant on where the hole is drilled. We moved the hole up and down and varied the size to find the best improvement.
-
See the holes we did that on Nick browns CBR1000rr H@#%a that did 200 mph at Elvington , it nice to be copied 😀

same as the zx14's charcoal canister for emissions.. on the 14 they fit in the fairing

Had my test ride at Bridge in Exeter yesterday. All the electronic nonsense minimised I gave it a damn good thrashing for an hour. It definitely is still a Hayabusa with that immense grunt from low down the rev' range unlike the "all at the top end" litre bikes. Has more low/mid range than the Gen2 but not by a huge amount. Still need to ping the clutch for 3rd gear wheelies. Riding the twisties of the old A30 (not the dual cabbageway) to Okehampton it went round the bends just fine. I did feel the turn in a bit quicker than my Gen2 but that could be simply down to new tyres. Suspension is a lot softer with loads of sag but coped well with rough and smooth roads, plush and efficient.
You Gen 1 owners are right that the Gen2 was sanitised and lost some of the rawness of the original, well this is more so. Stupidly fast but stupidly civilised with it.
I've said before, and the test ride confirms it; IF I had the money the changes would not persuade me to buy one. Whether Suzuki did right after all in being "practical" and broadly keeping to the established Hayabusa ethos or they should have given us what we dreamed of is debatable. Me, I'm keeping my old Gen2 and scraping the funds for an engine and chassis upgrade. Plan £5k for a much better bike than a trade in and another £10k for a new 'un.
Thanks for that
good honest review
about what everyone else says reading between the lines without the bias .

Impossible dream

it is the elctronic throttle that is the key . if its not fully open on the runs then it will do more
if not its dead
a dead duck
-
dreamers but read my post above yours
-
so tell me clever bonce
Oh its ok I forgot I realise now . its fly by wire they are not needed
the throttle like the kawasaki H2SX will close itself
regardless of where you hold the physical throttle
the computer will close the throttle .
mmmm it may have some big cams in there and the throttle just not opened at all
I wonder what Sami saw when he looked in the throttle bodies

ye ye ye yeh
read this and weep

what secondary butterflies ... got that deflector plate
what deflector plate ?

the stock gen2 14's are as rich as that on full throttle and I think it is to cool the charge for the cats
and back pressure to stop detonation within the engine. (there are 4 cats in the later gen 2 kwakkers)
personally once the exhausts are off and it breathes better it will equate to the gen 2 but that is a big tail
off and I suspect the secondary butterflies will also close at the top end to restrict the flow into the engine .
it is after all emissions based and the exhaust will only flow so much
to get it to perform correctly the silencers would need to be twice the size. not practical really

I have to call him tomorrow. He was supposed to inform when it comes to dyno, but no.
How i get this graph, red is the gen3 when warmed up, is it 187.9 ??
Blue is old graph, gen2 with exhaust 195.3hp,
both on engine
looks like 190 and 195 hp
but it sure curls over early as expected

@MikaS and these are I am guessing the tyraction control on !!
Everyone looks the other way
