Price is ok, but I'd pay more for one of those ballbearing timing cog thingys. Maybe John could fit one??? -

I think they had to say that otherwise you'd have the Winnebago cruise control debacle Jury is still out as to whether or not I buy one Or wait another lifetime for the gen 4 And I agree, I'll never be able to push it as hard as it's capable of. -

It's my limits I want to push. The bike will I think always stop quicker, corner harder etc than me, but with Ai in place, it's likely to boost my confidence, wether it does it or me, for me that's irrelevant. All about the ride and the enjoyment you get from it. -

I think I'd quite like the comfort of being able to push harder than I do now with the comfort of Ai to help if I push too hard. Honestly I think I'm a long way off, but who knows -

I remember your insatiable appetite for anything loaded with sugar. Looks like the gen 3 doesn't have enough calories -

Not knowing anything about engines Is there any reason why the mechanical thing that advances the timing on the gsxr1000 can't be fitted to the busa engine? Apart from a bit of software maybe -

If you read the link I posted... This combines with the increased capacity of a new air cleaner and longer intake pipe design to optimize low- to mid-range power output and make the Hayabusa more controllable in typical daily riding situations. Not going for outright hp it seems -

Price is a pleasant surprise And yes, it's not all about the straight lines, cornering ability has to count for something. I'd like to test ride one -

Might be a greater challenge to find an original unmolested gen 1 and gen 2, but that would be interesting -

Yeah, that is a thing, but it might keep things tidy. I notice that the gen II forum is in the Tech section for some reason maybe that should be moved to Bike along with Other motorcycles. Dunno, maybe start a poll -

If the direct x doesn't work, click cancel as your computer may have the latest already installed, whereas suzuki are trying to put an older version on....think Gen 1
