  1. OK - so i'm going down another route of a new pacemaker for my L0 But as this US guy says - in $$$ but same price relation ship as £££ last ones still in shop GEN2 US Hayabusa priced at $14,779 +$395 destination charge (£11,000) GEN3 Busa $18,599 + $395 destination charge (£13,863) "After sleeping on it, I agree with what Cap is saying. Do I wish it was 1,400cc+, yes but I understand why they did what they did while also having to pass Euro5 emissions. Only a handful of us are going to go berserk on mods and push 200mph+! It’s the tech, refinement, and ride ability that will sell a bike in this day and age. The Busa is still the best all around bike available and I’m glad they didn’t let it die. Do I wish they offered more, yes but considering the market and price point, it’s not completely bad. Heck, look at bike prices right now... S1000RR base $17,490 M-package like you’d want $22,690 V4 $22,295 RSV4 $25,499 R1M $26k CBR1000RR-R SP $28,500 V4S $28,685 H2 M1000-RR $32,900 V4SP $37k V4R $40k H2R $55k V4 Supperleggera $100k The cost of everything has gone up, Busa is still a bargain...

  11. the only way is down, like the muscle cars of sixties , smog laws killed them in 1970 Plymouth Superbird was the epitome of last great muscle car like the Gen2
  12. Maybe in their wisdom Suzuki alllow the massive aftermarket to continue especially in states where you could still bolt on 60" extended swing arms and still fit.. Bike manufacture working hand in glove with aftermarket
  13. I guess so equally hated hence the term Slo8 I bought gen1 in 2009 it was ok but burnt oil,but I was a novice rider then New Gen2 was a massive improvement, but I came with an open mind Since then I too have become an embittered old git
  14. if the nanny state gets hold like it is doing, bikes will be banned as too dangerous
  15. He says “I recall so clearly the hatred and wonderment experienced when the G2 arrived. Anyone who couldn't predict that this kind of reaction would surface with the G3, doesn't have much in the way of long-range vision. I predict the same will happen when the G4 gets here.”
  16. We might gate crash I remember That yank saying riding the zx14r in summer heat like the bike is as hot as surface as the sun
  17. (Scar 255,000 busa ) He made a hidden words saying there is a Hayabusa for sale section where owners wish to sell their bikes because of Gen3 he would have been fully aware of development and may have advised Remember he can get 10,000 from a rear tyre
