Maybe its the usual, bike feels more powerful when the exhaust makes more noise.
0.1s difference can come by "mistake"
-
The kit looks very nice, and well enough power

About the grasshopper scene,
when i was young the doctor told me i have a hearing problem, i cant hear higher scale, like grasshoppers,
well, i can hear grasshoppers quite well, even when they are not there.
Also my heartbeat, not always but when i go to bed,
is it some kind of kung-fu ?

impressive improvement £330 for 4hp
You want more hp for less money ?
Go to dyno first time on bad day (either the weather or JD`s mood) , then second time on a good day, voila, free hp

It did actually but camera was cut off too soon
limiter is 12,200 on tacho
Set your limiter at 12.2k in ecu and you may be able to inspect your connecting rods without stripping the engine

And a higher flatter for longer on the Gen2 at top end , my old 1340 was still Making 193 at 11,000
whereas on previous Gen3 Moore mafia graphs it died after 10,000 he had to fit then different short stacks to make similar
Lots of questions there.
Like, did you have 193 at 11k with stock cams ?

I was still expecting a stronger bottom end of Rev range with Gen3
Exactly.
What if Chris messed up the graphs
-
That is what i thought when the gen3 came, there is just not that much difference to make more horses,
it has different cams and timing, it should show more on the graph, but no, why (?)
Also the combustion chamber design and throttle bodies.
It looks almost too similar.

It says , sold for £3000

Motec Schmotec...
My tuner says, tuning the stock ecu takes few hours changing the existing fuel and ignition maps,
when tuning a Motec takes forever and all your money, starting from scratch.
My goal was to be the fastest in Elvington speed event using a stock ecu, and i dont know but if anyone checked how it was few years back, i think all the other in top five (?) were using some kind of standalone ecu, Motec, Syvecs or other. That just shows who did not have enough money to spend.

A lot of messing around fitting loom ecu
maybe just fit a Motec with all the cost that brings
but I know jack shit on this
Fitting a Motec does not include messing around with wires ?
-
Hard to say what would be the best application for the engine,
maybe just use it as a new , low mileage replacement for gen2 , or even gen1.

it must be a pain riding around twisty roads with not much straights following a Gen3 with ample low end
as a road bike
or is it ??
It was.
The strategy is to make a hard launch and build big gap before the twisties begin, gen3 will catch up but it cant pass when i am squirming all over the road, on purpose.
-
Yes, the low range is hard to get right with big cams.
I had the 1600cc bike and still it was not as good as stock gen1 from tickover to ,lets say, 2000rpm. But it had almost 100hp more at top compared to stock gen1. (the early 1600, not this last one)
-
That was the giveaway bike.
What was your question ? Did you have a question ?

who are they - Finnish tuners ?
No, Mr Moore`s source
Bike world GEN3 reflashed plus full exhaust
in Gen 3 Hayabusa (2021 - onwards

That launch control allows you to start with full throttle, but does not prevent doing the somersault.
First thing you got to do is take your bike into living room and connect to laptop.
Then call JD and ask what next.
