      Hi Mike,

The short answer is a 1407cc engine 2mm overbore on the pistons, different cams and flowed head.
BMC is a slightly better filter and considered to offer the highest airflow whilst still being a filter.
Decatting doesn't necessarily offer any performance gains, I've read some report that show no difference between race cats and straight pipe. You'll see a difference because you've swapped the entire primaries from the stock headers which offer improvements elsewhere! Most notably the weight ( though irrelevant to engine performance)!
192 is right up there for a stockish engine, I think 195 is possible, two folks I know of have been in that ball park, think they both had BMC filters and an Akra 4 - 2 - 1 exhaust system. I'd guess it's likely the filter, the fuel used or differences in tuning (mapping) for the dyno run, though age of bearings, chain & sprockets or even air temp and humidity on the day can impact results by a few hp.
What is your objective? I wanted more torque, I have 20% more (75 - 90) at 3k rpm, similar peak gain at 6k rpm (99 - 118) the rest of the graph is pretty good overall just need to make a minor adjustment to the headers to lift the torque up a bit at 4.5 k to 5k rpm and I'll be happy, but I've been very busy in other areas of life since I started this off.image.jpeg
