Wouldn't be my first choice but that doesn't look too bad. Still need to get rid of the fridge handles and Kawasaki logo. Wherever you got that pic Mark, is there a version in stealth black?
There'll still be the under powered elephant in the room though..
Should have painted the zx14r grills BLACK

Right lets put an end to this
i can see Roddy put a deposit down on one
Gen1 original colours on Gen3 - sell like hot vegan cakes

This was a good one,
you see, gen3 , biggest frontal area = slowest top speed
Ah but Suzuki say it is improved as riders legs are hidden
so it may be better top speed like a full on land speed bike
-
Come on Madmattt
where is the Gen3 section
Or DD3

I'm with Mamattt, wasn't sure at first but now really like the styling and could live with the pointless electronics and shift in power but 42 mpg whats that all about and is it going to turn into high 30's in the real world.
Suzuki say more efficient but it uses more fuel with minimal gains, don't get it
Rigsey
just take the exhaust and 3 cats off ,fit short stacks , remap for more power and efficiency
and hope no one is going to test for Euro5 emissions at 1st MOT

The Gen3 is what the Gen2 wasn't
The Gen3 should have moved the game on but realistically, who's going to pump time & money into a ground-up new combustion engine when the writing is on the wall.
Maybe this is as good as it gets - from all the manufacturers, not just Suzuki
the only way is down, like the muscle cars of sixties , smog laws killed them in 1970
Plymouth Superbird was the epitome of last great muscle car like the Gen2

FULL STOP.
Maybe in their wisdom Suzuki alllow the massive aftermarket to continue especially in states where you could still bolt on 60" extended swing arms and still fit.. Bike manufacture working hand in glove with aftermarket

Styling is fine, LED lights are useful

I guess so equally hated hence the term Slo8
I bought gen1 in 2009 it was ok but burnt oil,but I was a novice rider then
New Gen2 was a massive improvement, but I came with an open mind
Since then I too have become an embittered old git

Gen 4 will be electric
if the nanny state gets hold like it is doing, bikes will be banned as too dangerous

I don't tend to go on there. What does Thomas have to say?
He says
“I recall so clearly the hatred and wonderment experienced when the G2 arrived. Anyone who couldn't predict that this kind of reaction would surface with the G3, doesn't have much in the way of long-range vision. I predict the same will happen when the G4 gets here.”

(Scar 255,000 busa ) He made a hidden words saying
there is a Hayabusa for sale section where owners wish to sell their bikes because of Gen3
he would have been fully aware of development and may have advised
Remember he can get 10,000 from a rear tyre
-
There is a lot on bickering now on Facebook busa sites
people are being shown the door
if the yanks were face to face guns could be involved
-
As for me i'm gonna re-freshen my engine to go with new wheels suspension - 1441 hopefully back to Euro0
-
but seriously can you live with sub 42 mpg with DD3
Dead DUCK 3 , DD3, The new generation GEN 3
