MikaS
They sold the first Gen3 yesterday in Finland, and owner rode straight to dyno, (i guess it was the first as they did not have time to paint it, it was left white) so, he thought it would be 15min job, but they started with taking out the airbox and checking injectors, Sami said there might be a chance to use ZX10R Power Commander as the injector connectors are the same. He mostly uses engine power numbers, (Dynostar D70), first pull 190.7hp/9544rpm, torque 155.5nm/7978rpm where stock gen2 gives 181-183hp in this dyno. Using gen2 with exhaust, tuned with ecueditor as comparison , gen2 pulls more top end power, after 9000rpm. They found out it was running rich, not lean as expected, installing Akrapovic and tune, only sky is the limit As a sidenote, the new Gen3 owner was/is a serious Kawasaki man, now he has mixed feelings. https://www.bike.fi/uuden-hayabusan-oudot-hevosvoimat-tehodynossa-190-on-enemman-kuin-197/#more-41767
MikaS
Here is the video, this is not the best pull, heat takes away couple hp.

mark3evo
3 minutes ago, MikaS said: It already had 31 miles on the clock, so dont worry good stuff quite long stacks and the cross sectional area of that Air filter is way larger than GEN1/2 so 190 engine power = not at the wheels , just checking no confusion. so is it fair to factor in 9% loss for at the wheel 173 so it makes what Suzuki claim which is 190 hp at engine
