  1. When they introduced the 2017 gsxr intake timing adjustment i was trying to see if it was possible to fit that one in Busa camshaft, and it did look compatible. But then, it would cost 500-600e and the advantage in highly tuned n/a was marginal. 

    Even it could not work if the revs in Busa engine was going high enough, compared to gsxr, or at least the engine character was so different.

    I think thats not any new invention, you can do 250-300 without an intercooler, thats about it. And the turbo needs to have good flow, if its too small , 300 starts to give heat problems.

  4. Thanks for sharing that video, i dont know why i missed that.

    Talking about the numbers, we all know we cant compare hp numbers from different dynos, but 274hp on 1600cc with cams sounds about right,

    except when you look at the hp curve, it starts to come down at 10krpm when that big numbers usually is around 11k , 

    dont know whats that all about. They made more power at lower range , with pump gas , sounds bit like magic, but maybe they just know what they are doing.

    There is just not too much 1600cc Busas out there,
